Providing the damage was not caused by abuse, misuse, or neglect of normal care, all products manufactured by Joroto Fitness are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship as outlined below:

• 365 DAYS - Other Parts and Components

All Joroto Fitness products are manufactured and tested with the highest quality standards and quality control processes. This warranty is limited to the non-commercial use of Joroto Fitness products purchased in the United States.

JOROTO FITNESS WARRANTY ON THE STRUCTURAL FRAME

Joroto Fitness warrants its products to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner/purchaser of the product for standard household use.

This warranty is non-transferable between purchasers and owners of the product.

Any commercial and/or industrial use of Joroto Fitness products including but not limited to commercial gyms, shared facilities (apartments, condos, and residential associations) and similar environments will automatically VOID the warranty.

Any warranty claim MUST include the original sales receipt as proof of purchase from an authorized distributor/reseller. The product must be purchased in brand new condition and not be used or refurbished in any way shape or form.

Joroto Fitness recommends that the item is tested with caution after fully assembled to make sure that it is structurally fit and that all parts are in working order. We recommend testing the assembled product with caution in order to make sure it is in full working order prior to full use of the product. If any item is missing, damaged or not working please contact our support team to get any issues fixed prior to usage of the product. Joroto Fitness is not responsible for any damage or product failure due to improper assembly, misuse or the failure to properly assemble the product.

Proper care and maintenance for all products is standard, like any other product to ensure proper functionality and a long lasting product.

JOROTO FITNESS LIMITED WARRANTY ON OTHER PARTS & COMPONENTS

Joroto Fitness warrants its products to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner/purchaser of the product for standard household use.

EXCLUSIONS - NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

This warranty will not cover any damages that might be caused by the product. (In some instances States do not allow for such limitations, so this may not apply to all owners).

Any and all Warranty Claims must include the original sales receipt as proof of purchase. Please contact Joroto Fitness. Joroto Fitness may, at its discretion, provide new or equivalent-to-new refurbished parts in good working condition, or repair or replace the products returned to Joroto Fitness. If product is no longer available or discontinued Joroto Fitness may, at its discretion, replace with a similar item. Any replacement unit whether new or refurbished will have a continued warranty from the original date of purchase only. Joroto Fitness has the full rights to inspect any Joroto Fitness products reported as defective prior to repair or replacement. Any repair or replacement EXCLUDES shipping, labor, assembly or re-assembly and any other consequential or special costs or damages associated with return, replacement and assembly of your product.

The following are not covered under the limited warranty:

• Damage or defect resulting from failure to follow instructions manual
• Normal wear & tear on items/parts such as, but not limited to, pulleys, brake pads, tension knobs, cords, footings, rubber grips, end caps, pop pins, seats, seat adjustment knobs, scratched parts, broken covers, paint & finish, and any & all other cosmetic damages
• Wear items/parts pertain to components that might need to be replaced due to wear & tear resulting from normal usage
• Improper storage, assembly, altering/modifying equipment in anyway, misused, abused, is subject to accident, or is improperly maintained
• Repair for any noises such as, but not limited to: squeaks, clunks, thumps, or grinding resulting from poor or lack of preventive maintenance

Joroto Fitness reserves the rights to modify the warranty at any time, it being understood that any such modifications will not supersede warranty conditions that are applicable at the time of the original sale of products in question.

PROTECTION PLANS OR EXTENDED WARRANTIES

Joroto Fitness does not offer a Protection Plan or Extended Warranties. The Manufacturer Limited Warranty as outlined above does not cover extended protection or warranties purchased from different companies, such as Asurion. If your product’s Manufacturer Limited Warranty time frame has expired and you have purchased a Protection Plan or Extended Warranty from a different company, please contact that company to make a claim according to their policy.
