When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 7 business days. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation within that time, please contact support@jorotofitness.com.
How do l track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. You can also log in to your account and click the "Tracking No." tab to view your order and delivery status. Our courier provides a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payment via PayPal, Credit Card ,Apple pay and Google Pay to ensure the security of your property.
How much will the shipping cost?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico), with no minimum purchase required.
We also ship to Europe. However, most EU countries may incur a shipping fee, especially for remote areas. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
I left a message a while ago but haven’t heard back. What should I do?
If you haven’t received a reply, please check your spam or junk folder — our response might have ended up there! We aim to reply within 24–48 business hours, so if it’s been longer, feel free to reach out again.

How do I track my order?

How can I pay for my order?
We accept PayPal, Credit Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay for secure transactions.
How long does a pending order stay pending?
Orders not paid within 72 hours (3 days) will be automatically canceled.
Can I modify details (address, color, code) on my order?
No, once submitted and paid, orders cannot be changed. If unpaid, cancel and resubmit. Once shipped, canceling is no longer possible. Returns can be arranged thereafter.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please email support@jorotofitness.com as soon as possible, with “CANCEL” in the subject line.
We’ll do our best to assist, but cancellations aren’t guaranteed if the tracking number has already been generated or the order has entered the shipping process.
Can I combine orders or add items to an existing order?
Unfortunately, we cannot combine orders or make changes once an order has been placed.
Delivery & Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping from JOROTO is free for all orders within the U.S. mainland (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) — no minimum purchase required.
We also ship to European countries, but most EU regions may require a shipping fee, especially for remote areas. Final shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

How will my order be delivered?
Orders are shipped using reliable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL, depending on your shipping address and location.
- For U.S. domestic orders, we primarily use FedEx, USPS, etc.
- For orders to other countries, we may use DHL, UPS, or local courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
How long until delivery?
In-stock orders usually arrive in 2–5 business days. Pre-orders can take 1–2 months. Delays due to external factors (e.g., weather, COVID-19) may occur.
Can you ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)?
Unfortunately no. We ship only to residential or commercial addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
Can I exchange my item after shipping?
Exchanges are not supported. Please return the item and reorder. Return fees apply.
What if my order arrives with missing or damaged items?
Please email support@jorotofitness.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/missing items and any labels on the packaging
- Your full shipping address and phone number. This helps us resolve the issue quickly.
I only received part of my order. Where’s the rest?
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship in separate packages — even if you only received one tracking number. If anything seems to be missing, contact us and we’ll help you track down the rest.
How long before a package is considered lost?
If there’s no shipping update for more than 15 days, the package may be considered lost. Please contact us so we can investigate and take further steps.
Tracking shows 'Delivered,' but I can’t find my package. What should I do?
Start by checking around your home and with neighbors — occasionally, packages are delivered to the wrong address or left in a hidden spot. If you still can’t locate it, contact us for assistance.

What does my product warranty cover?
Yes, all JOROTO products include a product warranty.

Will there be additional fees for returns?
- If not shipped yet → free, full refund.
- If shipped → you are responsible for shipping costs and wear-and-tear fees (max 20% of product price).
How long are refunds processed?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 7 business days after receiving the returned item. The final amount may vary based on shipping fees or inspection results.
