Returning
If you are not satisfied with your JOROTO machine, you can return it within 30 days upon receipt. JOROTO’s guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our limited warranty.
Because of the size and weight of the JOROTO machine, we do not offer a refund for any shipping charges you may have paid to receive your machine.
If it is not a quality issue, all returns will be charged an additional return shipping fee of $50 or more, depending on your location.
If your machine is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged an additional restocking fee.

Exchanges
If the item you receive is the wrong model, we're happy to exchange them for you.
To exchange your item, send an email to support@jorotofitness.com please include your name, order number, the item you need. Once your items are on their way, we will ship you out the correct item as soon as possible.
Please note: Returned item must be in new, unused condition and they must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
