For Quality Problem or Our Fault Caused Problem
We will resend item or refund you once we get your photo or video evidence. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to your Paypal account or original credit card.
To initiate a return, customer need to provide below information in the email:
- Order number
- The SKU of the products which need to return or exchange
- Evidence pictures to show faulty items

3. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 24 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
For Paypal payment, it will be very instant, within the same day. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
4. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@jorotofitness.com.
